***Range Technical Requirement
材质要求：
Material Requirements
主要材质为：A1（侧面A2 级）级柞木、PB/MDF/大芯板贴柞木木皮
Main Material: Grade A1(Grade A2 for side faces) oak solid wood,PB/MDF/Core board covering
oak veneer.
2、用材方面按照料单要求使用实木的含水率为 8%-12%，要求板材干燥后必须有足够的木材缓料时间，使木材的性能达到稳定为准。
According to BOM sheet, W/C of solid wood must be controlled between 8% to12%.And have to make sure enough time for drying wood board to wait for cutting to get stable wood performance.
3、柞木实木材料表面不允许有指接材（除特殊要求），材质表面选用A1 级标准（具体请参考A1（侧面A2 级）级柞木的标准）。
No finger joint for
oak solid(except special request). A1 grade
oak is requested for solid surface (Refer to
oak standard for A1 & A2).
4、选料要求
Material requests.
1） 稍黑一点儿的木材（色差较大）不可以用在产品的正面，但可以用在侧面等不显眼的位置。
The darker wood(obvious inconsistent color)cannot be used on face A, but acceptto use on side face or other unobvious faces.
2） 稍黑一点儿的木材如果出现正面，需要做局部的轻微的漂白，以达到自然效果为准则。
The darker wood has to be bleached slightly if using on Face A to looks natural..
3） 虎斑纹，黑线不可以用在产品正面明显处，尽量用在正面的下部或侧面等不显眼的位置（虎斑纹必须剖开使用，不能出现大面积）。
Unaccepted tiger grain and black lines to appear on obvious parts of front face,
accept to use on top bottom or unobvious part of side face. (Have to cut tiger grain
before using to prevent big area of tiger grain).
